Business listing data provided through the service is compiled from public records and open datasets and is not owned exclusively by LeadFlippers. Portions are derived from OpenStreetMap and are subject to the Open Database License (ODbL): © OpenStreetMap contributors. Your use of any such data must comply with the applicable open-data license terms. See our Privacy Policy(Data Sources & Attribution) for details.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that is harmful to the service, other users, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LeadFlippersis provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadFlippers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
